VILLA K

Designed in 2023 and completed in 2024, Villa K is an 800 m² urban retreat that brings calm nest to daily life. A soaring, timber-lined roof with skylights draws daylight deep into an open living–dining core, anchored by a sculpted feature wall and custom millwork. Large sliding openings dissolve the boundary to the terrace and garden, while a restrained palette of wood, stone, and matte plaster keeps the spaces warm, serene, and built to last.
